Rimbo Grande develops and sells model kits of Swedish trains, mainly in H0 scale, in small series. We are mainly focusing on Swedish Three Foot narrow gauge prototypes, but we are also offering kits for buildings and some standard gauge models. The choice of prototypes is mainly driven by our own interest.

Unfortunately all the documentation and instructions in the kits is given in Swedish language only! Although we would be pleased to serve a broader international audience, we do not recommend our kits to anyone not familiar with the Swedish language!

To still offer You the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful models, we do offer a limited number of our kits assembled as Ready-to-Run Models, or as Built up Buildings. These are normally only built to order, but we may occasionally also provide some models from stock. Please contact us to find out the delivery situation for Your wished models!

Rimbo Grande started by supplying only etched brass sheets to interested modellers, who had to ad the necessary parts themselves to build complete models. By listening to requests from our customers, we have continuously tried to develop and extend the product range and can now offer a wide range of interesting models for the lovers of Swedish narrow and standard gauge trains. Lately we have offered several complete kits. We see this as a natural evolution, as we realize that many necessary parts are difficult to obtain at the local hobby shop.

Due to lack of parts we may have to discontinue some products, without being able to guarantee that we can supply them again. If a product is discontinued, You are welcome to let us know about Your interest to obtain it. When there is enough interest we then have the possibility to reissue the product.

Among our products You will mainly find our own kits. In addition You find all our special parts and accessories.  Finally You find the complementary products - kits, tools, accessories and parts from other suppliers that support our own products or are useful for the modeller.

All work within Rimbo Grande is made completely on our spare time, which leads to restrictions at times. We can only be reached during evenings and weekends. However, our ambition is to always support our customers with fast and reliable service.
